Stop payment of individual housing provident fund account

1. Scope of application:

If it is necessary to suspend the payment and deposit temporarily when the wage relationship between the employee and the unit is suspended and the labor relationship is still retained, the unit where the individual housing provident fund account is located may handle the procedures for the employee to suspend the payment and payment of the account. Including joining the army, being detained, arrested, sentenced; missing and registered in the public security department for the record; leaving the unit to retain labor relations of the off-duty workers; due to other circumstances interrupt salary income and signed by the workers themselves.

2. Handling place:

The housing provident fund business branch of China Construction Bank in the place where the unit housing provident fund account is located.

3. Requirements:

1. Fill in and affix the official seal of the unit or the special seal for housing provident fund business "Shanghai housing provident fund account (supplementary housing provident fund) stop payment application form (Form C stop payment of salary)";

2.The supporting materials for temporarily suspending wage relations and retaining labor relations include:

(1) If the staff and workers join the army, the certificate issued by the district level recruitment office shall be provided;

(2) If the employee is detained, arrested or sentenced in criminal cases, the certificate or legal document issued by the judicial organ shall be provided;

(3) If the employee is missing and has been registered with the public security department for the record, the missing certificate issued by the public security department shall be provided;

(4) If the employee leaves the unit and still retains the labor relationship, it shall provide the agreement and other supporting materials;

(5) If the employee interrupts the wage income due to other circumstances, the corresponding supporting materials shall be provided and signed by the employee.

3. If the applicant fails to pay, the deposit situation of the unit and the employees shall be confirmed. In addition to the information corresponding to the above situation, the unit shall also provide the labor contract, labor manual, wage base certificate, supplementary payment list, etc.

4. Procedure:

The unit shall provide the necessary materials - the housing provident fund business branch of CCB in the place where the unit housing provident fund account is located shall review and handle it.

5. Processing time limit:

In the case of complete procedures, no more than 3 working days.

6. Note:

1. The off-the-job employees who leave the unit and still retain the labor relations include the situations stipulated in items 5-8 of Article 2 of the original measures of Shanghai Municipality on the administration of the sealing up of housing provident fund;

2. If the wage relationship between the employee and the unit is suspended temporarily and the labor relationship is still maintained, the time limit for suspending payment shall not exceed 12 months. If the account needs to continue to stop payment after the expiration date, the unit shall re apply to the entrusted bank 15 days before the expiration date;

3. During the period of stopping payment, the unit shall, according to the actual situation of the employees, handle the procedures of sealing up, transferring out, depositing and closing the employees' accounts in time. If the account fails to go through the relevant procedures beyond the time limit for stopping payment, it will automatically return to normal deposit.
