Notice on Adjustments to Lease Prices for Public Rental Housing at Shang Jing Yuan of Xin Jiang Wan and Jing Hua Fang of Shanghai Jing Cheng

In accordance with Measures on Management of Lease Price for Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center’s Public Rental Housing (Trial Implementation), Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center has made adjustments to the lease prices for public rental housing at both Shang Jing Yuan of Xin Jiang Wan and Jing Hua Fang of Shanghai Jing Cheng for 2015,based on the principle of abiding by compliant professional appraisal and leasing at a price slightly below market level, nudging up Shang Jing Yuan’s average lease price from RMB 41.45 yuan to 42.5 yuan per square meter of building area per month, and Jing Hua Fang’s average lease price from 32.36 yuan to 32.73 yuan per square meter of building area per month, with a valid lease term from 1 April 2015 through 31 March 2016. The lease price and the security deposit shall be calculated as per the above lease price. As for a lease contract having taken effect prior to 1 April 2015, the lease price shall not be adjusted within the contract term.
