SPF WeChat Official Account has been more and more widely used ever since its launch on 18 October, particularly its real time provident fund acccount query function on the WeChat platform increasingly catering to the needs of its users far and wide.

To further facilitate users’ provident fund account query without the need to go to service outlets, SPF WeChat made new channels available from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, in wake of the rollout of real name authentication via China Construction Bank, China Mobile and China Telecom, to furnish better services to users by means of channel outreach development.

 SPF WeChat will further improve user experience for the vast provident fund paying employees.
