On 1st November 2012£¬Vice Mayor Shen Jun, Head of MOHURD’s HPF Surveillance Department Zhang Qiguang, Director Huang Rong and Deputy Director Ni Rong of Shanghai Municipal Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Commission coalesced to press the button at the opening ceremony to unveil inauguration of Housing Provident Fund (abbreviated as HPF) Hotline 12329 facility of Shanghai in compliance with Announcement on Launching of HPF Hotline 12329 by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (abbreviated as MOHURD).
Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center opened its consultation phone 62441200 of Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Website in 2007,and initiated on 8th October 2012 to extend the hotline’s opening week days for human voice service to six days and provide round-the-clock automatic voice service in the wake of its “hatchling” stage, “nestling” stage and “fledgling” stage in conformance with requirements of Shanghai municipal government for extension of working time for counter services for public needs, and officially changed the consultation phone number to 12329 named as HPF Hotline of Shanghai.
The newly-inaugurated HPF Hotline 12329 of Shanghai aims to better provide broad paying employees and units with convenient, professional and satisfactory services with the guiding service policy of “Responsive to Public Calls”.
